Job Overview:
Coinless Laundries Management, LLC, is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual (English and Spanish) Human Resources Person to join our team. This person will also do most of the payroll. The ideal candidate will handle most HR needs in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Because many employees are native Spanish speakers, the successful candidate is required to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish, and must be able to participate in meetings with employees without the need for an interpreter.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the hiring process including onboarding, I-9, & E-Verify.
- Support benefit enrollments and administration.
- Maintain and manage employee files in a timely manner with precision and accuracy.
- Support Management staff with write ups, reprimands, and disciplinary actions of employees
- Handle off-boarding and separations with professionalism and respect.
- Create or update policies and documents for company use.
- Provide support to employees, explaining policies and handling inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bi-Weekly processing of payroll using a payroll service.
- Complete spreadsheets and run reports for labor analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in an HR or HR Assistant role is required, with a preference for small business experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel—capable of creating or updating spreadsheets with ease.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word—able to initiate or update professional documents.
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and verification of payroll reports for accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- This is a collaborative in-office position, 8-5 M-F, where you'll work closely with our team.
