Apartment maintenance technicians are expected to have the required skills to be able to turn an apartment, complete service requests and help out with other miscellaneous tasks independently.
Full knowledge of basic residential plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair. Looking for strong assistant or supervisor material
Responsibilities
· Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in the apartments
· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
· Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
· Performs trash-outs and make-readies to ensure units are ready for future residents
Requirements
· 1 year of on-site class C apartment maintenance / residential work experience
· Knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance HVAC a plus
· Ability to prioritize projects and work independently
· Have own hand tools and power drill
