The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
-a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
-EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
-A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
-A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
-The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
