Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Apparel Production Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys active, detail-oriented work, and being part of a team that produces high-quality custom apparel.
You will assist in all areas of apparel production, from washing and developing screens to catching and folding shirts, helping keep production running smoothly. If you enjoy variety in your job, this job may be right for you.
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with screen washing, reclaiming, coating, and developing
Help set up and tear down production jobs
Catch, fold, and package finished shirts
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow safety and quality control procedures
Support the production team with general tasks as needed
Heat pressing: Dye-sublimation, DTG & DTF
Qualifications:
Motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working
Good problem-solving ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well with others and follow directions
Comfortable standing and moving workstations throughout the day
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, regularly, throughout the day
One-two years or prior print/apparel shop work experience is required
Previous experience in screen printing or apparel production is a plus, but not required
