Perform full system tests on AAA members vehicles
Remove and replace batteries on AAA members vehicles
Provide estimated time of arrival to member
Maintain accurate records of service calls
Educate members on preventative maintenance
Maintain customer satisfaction rates according to company standards
Give members a Totally Satisfied experience
Perform work related tasks according to company policies and procedures
Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
Treats coworkers with respect; manages and resolves conflict in a constructive manner; helps team members as needed
Report all work related accidents or injuries immediately and to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications and Skills
Shifts are 13+ hours, 3 days per week and must be able to work weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record*
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
Proactive self-starter with a willingness to seek out and help support the success of the team and the Company
Capable of working under direct supervision or independently based upon training
High competence with cellular technology
Strong and efficient organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form with all levels of the organization

Salary: $2,400.00 to $4,000.00 /month
