Body Shop Manager/Estimator
We are looking for a full time MANAGER or ESTIMATOR for our Phoenix Collision Auto Body & Repair Inc. shop. We offer a unique opportunity for individuals looking to lead a team in the Auto Body industry. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent quality repair and excellent customer service.
We are seeking candidates who are diligent, motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude, enjoy working with customers and who get excited leading a team to help them accomplish their goals.
What we are looking for:
- Estimating experience using CCC One.
- Responsible for obtaining and selling collision repair and paint serves.
- Able to write Supplements and communicate with Technicians and Insurance Companies to insure all work is approved and $$ Collected.
- Develop detailed estimates of the cost of services and explain the estimates to customers.
- Customer interaction and Follow-up.
- Results driven.
- Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment
Background / Experience:
- Experience in the Auto Body industry
- Experience in customer service / sales roles
