We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential/Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Position Summary:
The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily residential cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, train and support cleaning staff, and serve as a key point of communication between employees and management. This hands-on role includes performing cleaning tasks as needed while supervising and leading others.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform residential/commercial cleaning duties to company standards.
Supervise and support cleaning staff on job sites.
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service standards.
Conduct quality checks and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding team performance, client concerns, scheduling, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols.
Assist in scheduling and adapting to last-minute changes or emergencies.
Demonstrate and promote strong critical thinking and problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Previous residential cleaning and supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and give feedback to staff.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
