Carter’s Landscaping is a commercial landscape & irrigation installation company (20+ employees) based in Gilbert. We work on commercial projects across the Valley and are looking for a Superintendent to oversee crews, job performance, and communication with general contractors.
What You’ll Do
- Run job sites & crews for commercial landscape projects
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors
- Communicate with project managers & GC superintendents
- Read plans, layouts, and verify grades & irrigation
- Ensure quality, safety, pacing, and punchlist completion
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading landscape or construction crews
- Able to read plans & operate equipment
- Extensive experience with irrigation timers
- Good communicator, reliable, problem-solver
- Valid driver’s license required
- English & Spanish required
Pay & Benefits
- $50,000 – $70,000 per year DOE
- Company truck
