Looking for a supervisor that can set forms and finish concrete and be able to run a crew.
Supervise and work with field operations of Concrete Crew. We are looking for someone who looks for ways to maximize profitability while providing our customers with the highest quality product.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct all aspects of construction
Manage concrete crew on each project.
Review, develop and maintain a safe work environment
Supervise, train, evaluate, and coach your direct reports
Maintain job schedules and monitor the workmanship of all work by checking in on job sites and keeping open communication with our customer's superintendents/owner's representatives.
Manage all documentation
Ensure that the work is in compliance with all governing bodies and customer plans and specifications
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements for the position:
Ability to effectively manage a field operation
Concrete Experience
General knowledge of Concrete Finishing/Form setting.
Management experience
Be experienced in all parts of construction
Skill in verbal and written communication, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic
