Construction Cleaner/Laborer Job description
Busy luxury home remodeling company seeking to hire a job laborer/construction cleaner. Job sites are in the Scottsdale, Phoenix, & Paradise Valley areas. Reliable transportation is required.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Haul away debris.
Loading/unloading materials at job site.
Helping to ensure the security of tools/equipment
Home Depot runs as needed for materials.
Assisting field personnel with various tasks
Following and adhering to all health and safety procedures
Regular communication with Cleaning Team, Project Managers, vendors, office, etc.
Construction cleaning of properties
Site Prep/Prep tear down
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must have direct deposit & smart phone for time clock application.
Full Time: Monday through Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $20 per hour
Eligible for benefits after 90 days: Medical, dental, vision
5 paid holidays
