Laborers –
As a laborer for Ryatt Construction LLC, you will be responsible for general labor duties as required on a construction site.
Prepare construction sites with direction from the Project Lead.
Use various equipment, hand, and power tools.
Proficient in the safe and efficient use of layout tools, and measurement tools.
Measure and mark pipes for cutting.
Ability to load or unload construction materials, pipes, and equipment.
Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, shovel, etc.
Dig up existing pipes and lines.
Prepare ground trenches for pipes and utility lines.
Use chains and slings, to rig pipes, trench boxes, and manhole boxes.
Guide pipes and shoring devices into place, assisting the equipment operator.
Bed sections of installed underground pipe.
Remove, fill, or compact earth.
Coordinate all other activities as directed.
Work safely around heavy equipment, and people at all times.
Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times.
Perform clean-up in connection with the work.
Move from job to job as projects progress
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors.
Participate in training and commitment to strict PPE & safety policies.
Plan and execute work in a safe and productive manner.
Accurate daily time logs, material logs, and work descriptions were performed in WorkMax.
Qualifications –
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn
Ability to show up on time
Ability to work as a team or independently.
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to follow direction
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting & carrying up to 50lbs.
