Position: Direct Care Worker (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at our Adult Day Program. This role is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to empower adults with cognitive and intellectual disabilities to live their fullest lives.
What You’ll Do:
Empower: Provide hands-on training, supervision, and engaging therapeutic activities to help develop essential life
skills—independent living, self-care, pre-vocational, communication, and social skills.
Support: Be a key part of our community, offering compassionate care and fostering meaningful relationships.
Transport: Safely drive our company van to transport participants to and from the program, ensuring their journey is as
smooth as their day with us.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must pass a Fingerprint and criminal history background check, Office of Inspector General Clearance, and Central
Registry Background check.
