BeginRight Employment Services in Phoenix is hiring for Sales/Customer Service. This is an internal role working for our Phoenix office. As this is a new role in our office, the sky is the limit! You will be responsible for building a new book of business through qualifying businesses, onboarding partnerships, and working closely with your inside team. Sales will include both inside and outside sales. You will make cold calls and will be provided with warm calls as well. Industry training will be provided.
Ideal candidates have good references, some sales/customer service background, and the drive to succeed in a competitive industry. Your success will be as good as your commitment. Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communications are a must in our industry. Base salary plus commissions after training.
