Location: Phoenix
Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 weekly, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installation of epoxy flooring systems.
- Lead, train, and mentor installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare necessary materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Epoxy Installer or Foreman.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
