Reliable Maintenance is seeking an employee to join our team.
Duties: Minor Stucco repairs, fountain water testing, Collect loose debris throughout the property, switch out trash, remove cobwebs, minor painting and the ability to use and backpack blower
Work days: Monday thru Friday
REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING:
Have your own transportation
Live in the east valley not the Westside
No criminal background
No drug use including marijuana
One year experience in cleaning
Able to lift 30 pounds
Hours: 5am till 11am summer hours
6am till 12pm winter hours
