Job Description:
We are looking for a Flower Delivery Driver to join our floral team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering floral arrangements to customers in a timely and safe manner while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Safely deliver floral arrangements to customers' homes, offices, and event locations.
Load and unload floral arrangements carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Ensure timely deliveries and maintain communication with the shop regarding delivery status.
Handle delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns upon delivery.
Perform routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
Assist in the flower shop with other tasks, if needed, such as packaging orders.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail to ensure flowers are handled with care.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
