Full‑Time Handyman
Location: Paradise Valley, Arizona
About the role:
We are looking for a dependable handyman to care for a private residence in Paradise Valley. This is a full‑time position for someone who can perform general home repairs, routine maintenance, landscaping and light gardening.
Responsibilities
- General repairs: Basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, door and window fixes, appliance adjustments, and minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
- House maintenance: Seasonal upkeep, small remodel or repair projects, troubleshooting household issues, and managing tools and supplies.
- Gardening: Maintaining and trimming shrubs and trees, weeding and watering, blowing leaves and debris in yard, along with yard cleanup as well as all patios and walkways.
Requirements
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
