We’re looking for a licensed and experienced general contractor to help with a garage conversion project in Scottsdale. The garage is already divided into three rooms, but we need the following updates:
1. Replace Curtains with Doors and Walls: Each room currently uses curtains for privacy. These need to be replaced with proper doors and walls.
2. Install Windows: Each room requires one window that meets the following specifications:
. Minimum opening: 5.7 square feet
. Height: At least 24 inches
. Width: At least 20 inches
. Sill height: No more than 44 inches from the floor
3. Ensure Egress Compliance: Each room must have two safe exit points to meet egress requirements.
4. Permit Preparation: Collaborate with our team’s contractor to prepare and manage all necessary permits for the project.
