PLG, LLC is an Electrical Contractor specializing in LED lighting projects throughout Arizona. Our projects consist of commercial lighting such as parking lots, parks, schools, government buildings, and commercial buildings, LED lighting upgrades and replacements for interior and exterior applications. We also work with light poles, light pole foundations, and sports lighting.
We currently have openings for the following positions:
- General Laborer
All positions consists of manual labor in removing and installing new light fixtures on poles, removing and installing new light poles, removing and installing new light pole foundations, removing and installing new conduit runs and SES replacements
Knowledge of the operating equipment listed below is a plus.
Understanding basic electrical codes is a plus.
Concrete experience is a plus.
The starting pay rate is between $23.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience.

Required:
1. Clean ARIZONA MVD driving record with valid drivers licenses
2. Clean Drug Screen
3. Clear background check
4. Experience with towing trailers and equipment
5. Experience with operating basic equipment above
6. Be able to take directions in English
7. Ability to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (needed to work in schools)
8. Reliable transportation to job sites. Our HQ is based in Mesa but may need to travel to other job sites throughout the Valley as needed.
9. Willingness to travel
10. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10-12 hours a day. Night and Weekends are possible as well. Schedules may vary.
11. Most work is outside so the ability to work in harsh conditions, such as heat is required.
12. Start Times as early as 4am.
13. Ability to Lift 50lbs or more with no issues
14. Your own set of basic tools for electrical and concrete work is required
