Looking for handyman for commercial property real estate.Valid Driver License is required.
Responsibilities
-Perform general maintenance and repairs in commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Maintain clean and organized properties and reporting discrepancies
Experience:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
