Elderly woman requires full time handyman (30+hours /week) to make multiple repairs and improvements to home and property in anticipation of sale in 2025. Must be prepared to do lifting of up to 50 pounds, yard & landscape work, cleaning, etc . . . Skills in basic electrical a plus. Must have valid driver's license. References required.
