Looking for an experienced handyman available tomorrow, Friday, or this weekend to complete a property clean-up and basic repair tasks.
Please provide a quote ONLY if you are available to start and complete the work within this timeframe at an affordable price.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Removing all junk and trash inside and outside the property (including Unit 3C carport)
- Cleaning exterior walls and front porch to improve curb appeal
- Painting the front door
- Rekeying locks for Unit 3C (front and back door) and changing locks for Unit 4B (garage, front, back door) – I will provide the locks
- Trimming overgrown landscaping (if you have the tools)
- Replacing broken or non-functional light fixtures
- Checking for broken windows (report back if replacements are needed)
- Inspecting appliances (let me know if they are functional)
- Inspecting fencing and gates for damage (report back to discuss repairs)

- No additional purchases are required without prior approval.
- All lock hardware will be pre-ordered for pickup.
