LandCom Landscaping services and maintains HOA communities throughout the Valley. We are looking for a experience Tree Climber and Arbor Crew Laborer to join our team. E-Verify participating Employer.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with tree elevations and property clearance
- Perform correct trimming and pruning of trees following correct handing techniques of equipment
- Safely and efficiently operate chainsaws, pruners, and other tools
- Gather debris and feed it into the chipper following the correct safety procedures
- Adhere to industry standards and safety guidelines for all tasks
- Rake and blow areas to maintain cleanliness when completing service
- Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep equipment and tools well-maintained and in good working order
- Must have a strong work ethic and reliability
Requirements:
- Must be 20 or older
- Speak English (may be second language)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify Participant)
- Must have reliable transportation to the first job site or yard
- PREFERRED experience as a Tree Climber/Pruner or Arbor Crew Laborer
- Skilled in tree climbing using ropes, harnesses, and related equipment
- Thorough understanding of pruning techniques and tree care practices
- Skilled in operating and maintaining various pruning and cutting tools
- Excellent physical fitness and agility to work at heights and in harsh weather conditions
- Dedication to following safety protocols and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Climber certification is a plus but no required and may result in additional compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 and up, depending on work experience and performance
