Maintenance Field Supervisor

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead all field operations to deliver exceptional landscape services. You will coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and schedules to complete work on time and on budget. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will coach employees on carrying out their duties and ensure quality standards are met. With keen attention to detail, you’ll conduct property walks to inspect progress and provide updates. Leveraging your multitasking abilities, you’ll align the maintenance schedule across crews and jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving.

Core Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and motivate field staff to carry out maintenance duties. Conduct training as

needed.

Create daily assignments and check progress. Ensure work completion within scheduling

demands and quality guidelines.

Lead crews in maintenance activities – mowing, pruning, planting, fertilization. Operate

equipment proficiently as needed.

Coordinate acquisition and use of labor, materials, equipment. Complete work within budget.

Build relationships with Account Managers to align on quality audits, punch lists and next steps.

Enforce safety policies and procedures consistently. Ensure proper use of machinery and

PPE.

Physical Demands

While performing the essential duties of the job, the position requires heavy lifting, pushing

and pulling up to 50 lbs, manual dexterity, wrist-finger movement, digging using shovel.

Working conditions may include inadequate lighting, restricted movement, dirty environment,

temperature extremes and weather conditions, intense noise, hazardous materials.

Must be physically coherent and aware at all times when dealing with heavy machinery and

equipment or while driving.

Requirements:

3-5 years landscape maintenance supervision experience

Excellent leadership, organization, communication and problem-solving abilities

Horticulture expertise with wide range of landscape skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license with clean record
