We’re seeking a dedicated Ranch Caretaker for a beautifully restored 1880’s cattle/ horse ranch nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Ancha Mountains.
About the Ranch
Located between two Wilderness areas amid thousands of acres of National Forest at 3000 ft.
Includes a separate private two-story home that adds charm and history to this unique property.
Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and endless outdoor recreation opportunities. The property has a mile long year-round creek that runs through the length of the property.
Caretaker Role
Full time living on-site is required.
Responsibilities include facilities maintenance, watering, weed whipping, mowing and general upkeep.
Ranch runs off-grid with reliable electrical, solar/hydro systems, water, alfalfa valve irrigation system, heating, cooling, and Internet/phone access.
