Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the HVAC industry, possess relevant certifications, and the ability to work 40 hrs/wk with flexibility for overtime. The role would focus on servicing one of our large, ongoing permanent contracts. This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for career advancement, take-home work vehicle with gas cost reimbursement, and the potential for commission on lead originated jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Diagnose complex HVAC issues, provide recommendations for solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned customer job inquiries and concerns.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management on job calls.
- Maintain accurate work order records, including services performed, parts used, and communications with customers.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- HVAC Certified
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
