Job Details
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
- Pay: $18/hour, paid weekly
- Position is temp to hire
- Climate-controlled facility
Responsibilities:
Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the facility.
Empty and clean waste and recycling bins regularly to maintain cleanliness standards.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for our employees.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying the supervisor when restocking is necessary.
Assist with organizing and maintaining storage areas.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to promote a secure work environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are committed to learning and delivering exceptional results.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while following instructions and guidelines.
Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects when necessary.
