Job Description:
We are seeking experienced janitorial professionals (or fast learners with a strong work ethic) to clean commercial offices and vacation rental properties. This role involves general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and occasional deep cleans or turnover cleaning.
Requirements:
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable with 1099 independent contractor status
