SKILLS (Must have)
Mechanically oriented:
Like taking things apart
Like understanding how things work
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to operate equipment SAFELY
Use shop tools (metal cutting saw, drill press, grinders, air tools and hand tools)
Personal Skills:
Show up for work ON TIME EVERY DAY

Positive attitude
NOT be on phone all the time
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Ability to talk to customers clearly and professionally
Nice to Have But NOT Required:
Read and understand basic shop drawings and cut lists
Minor small engine (Honda) experience
Minor plumbing experience
Understand & repair water pumps (diaphragm, roller, piston)
Minor 12V electrical wiring experience
Mig welding
Prior experience working on pest, golf, landscape equipment a plus.
Clean driving record a plus.
Welding School and Motorcycle Mechanic students are encouraged to apply.
You do NOT need to have your own tools
Steel-toed shoes will be required.
We are located in NW Phoenix. You need reliable transportation and the ability to get to work every day WITHOUT excuses.
$15-$20/hour DOE
