Leads a crew of workers doing Landscape Maintenance in areas such as high-end residential properties and commercial properties:
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction
Trimming Plants, Trees and installing Flowers
Maintaining equipment
Understanding irrigation systems
Knowing your PLANTS
Ability to train and mentor crew members
Effectively communicate and relay problems with properties and customer's concerns with office staff
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages 1-2 subordinate crew personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Arizona Driver's license and clean driving record, a plus - NOT REQUIRED
Programming irrigation timers, replacing lawn heads, nozzles, drip system
Mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, blowing, raking, hula hoeing
Picking up trash and debris, climbing ladders and trimming trees, digging, chopping, lifting equipment and other
objects
Mixed gas and regular gas and what equipment uses what type of fuel
Install plants and gravel
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
Able to do physical work and lift at least 100lbs.
Experience in use of Smart Phone texting and phone calls
English speaking (Bi-lingual a plus)
Experience with standard power and manual landscape installation equipment
Experience in high end residential landscape maintenance work.
Compensation: Start $25 - However - Prove to be a Superstar $30-$35 per hour DOE - We Pay for Experience! - PLUS - Employer offers health benefits (60) days following the 1st of the month.
