Job Responsibilities
- Lead the HVAC installation process and direct install helpers.
- Communicate professionally with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Installation knowledge a must with 2-3 years’ lead experience.
- Knowledge of different equipment a plus.
- Availability to work late and occasionally on Saturdays.
- Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility.
- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.
