Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed General Contractor (GC) in Arizona to join our team. The candidate will act as the qualifying party and oversee compliance with state regulations, permitting, and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the qualifying party under Arizona Registrar of Contractors requirements.
Review and approve project-related permits, documentation, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety, and building codes.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for general contracting activities.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Must hold an active Arizona General Contractor License (Class B, KB-1, KB-2, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of construction or project management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Arizona ROC requirements and local building codes.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
Bilingual (English/Korean/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
Employment Type
Contract or Full-Time (negotiable).
