BullsEyeServiceAZ.com is currently seeking a Light Maintenance Tech in the East Valley for dedicated maintenance at commercial properties. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Conduct property inspections to determine needed maintenance
Police properties for debris/trash
Maintain vacant spaces
Inspect Rooftops for obvious deficiencies
Coordinate maintenance services and repairs with contractors
Assist with tenant needs
Make minor repairs/improvements to properties
Must have basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills/knowledge
Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, and contractors effectively
Help with pressure washing, window cleaning, and bulk haul offs as needed
Must speak English
Must have clean driving record for company truck
Working hours are 7:00AM - 4:00PM; Monday - Friday
On call for emergencies after hours/weekends
Compensation
$25.00 - 30.00 per hour based on experience
40 hours per week guaranteed; OT available
