You Have:
· High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in the maintenance field
· Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
· Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, and Plumbing, Pool, and Spa experience.
Background and pre-employment drug screening are required. EOE
