Mask & Prep – Interior Cabinet Work
COMPENSATION: Starting at $19/hr and up, depending on experience. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Applicants must have valid work credentials and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
We’re a small, growing cabinet refinishing business looking to add a reliable and motivated team member. This is a hands-on, physical job for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with a company.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
You’ll work on-site inside customers’ homes and garages prepping and masking cabinets, cleaning, sanding, and eventually spraying specialty coatings. No prior experience is required, we’ll train the right person. What we do need is someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in doing things right, and is open to learning. This position starts part-time as needed, with the potential to move into full-time as your skills develop.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, doing tasks like masking, sanding, and cleaning, with frequent bending, kneeling, and use of step ladders. Some work takes place in garages, which can get warm during the summer. If you enjoy staying active and don’t mind a bit of heat, you’ll fit right in.
