Job Role: Mechanical Inspector (1st and 2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $25-$32/hr DOE
Job Summary
As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our mechanical components and products in maintaining our high standards of excellence; your experience in quality assurance and precision measuring instruments will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities
Responsible for performing Quality Control Inspection of precision-made plastic and metal parts from mechanical drawings.
Measure product with Hand-tools; Calipers, Gauges, Dial Indicators, Micrometers, Profilometers, Height Gauges, and Go-No/Go Gauges etc.
Collect data/assist QA-QC team in collecting data for experiments.
Inspect precision made plastic and metal parts to mechanical drawings
Requirements – highlighted are REQUIRED
Experience in using QC bench tools is required(Calipers, Micrometers, Gage Blocks, Gage Pins, etc.)
Experience with CMM is nice to have.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in mechanical inspection of machined parts is desired.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Be able to read and understand GD&T symbols.
Be able to use or be trained on metrology equipment such as AOI, CMM
Basic math skills.
Semiconductors experience a nice to have
Basic computer skills.
