DRIVER COMPENSATION: $18-22 per/hour based on experience and reliability. (Valid D.L. and Med. Card Required) Plus tips
HELPER COMPENSATION: $16- $19 per/hour based on experience and reliability. (No D.L. or Med. Card Required) Plus tips.
Arizona Discount Movers is an A+ rated, 44 year established, reputable and award winning moving company interested in hiring responsible, energetic non-CDL Drivers and Helpers (MOVERS ONLY). Full time and Part time positions available. IMPORTANT Minimum 6 months-2 years' experience in the residential Moving & Storage Industry a MUST Drivers are crew leaders, but first and foremost they are movers.

STARTING PAY FOR DRIVERS: $19-$24 per hr.+ tips) Experience level and reliability determines Pay Rate. We also have a monthly bonus program.
STARTING PAY FOR HELPERS: $17-$20+tips) Experience level and reliability determines Pay Rate. We also have a monthly bonus program.
WE PAY OVERTIME. WE PAY TRAVEL PAY WITH EVERY JOB
CANDIDATES MUST:
Have 6months to 2 years experience, with a Moving and Storage Company! (sorry. . . FedEx, UPS, delivery or moving family and friends does NOT qualify as a Moving and Storage experience)
1. Have the desire to take pride in what you do and reflect that pride in your work.
2. Be on-time to work every day.
3. Have excellent customer service skills, and a great attitude is required.
4. Be reliable, responsible, punctual and presentable.
5. Be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs frequently on a daily basis.
6. Pass a drug screen.
7. Drivers are REQUIRED to acquire a medical card, through Concentra, which we pay for as long as you stay
on board for 3 or more months. We pay for the $85 Dot physical. If you leave before the 3 months, you will pay
the $85 fee out of your last check. The Dot card will benefit you. We are optimistic that you will stay, and become a responsible employee with our company.
