We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of an apartment community. This position is 30 hours per week with a pay range of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
-General property cleanup, including trash and debris pickup
-Maintain and clean dumpster areas
-Empty trash containers throughout the property
-Clean and restock community bathrooms
-Wipe down and vacuum fitness room equipment
-Sweep and maintain sidewalks and common areas
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste, refill dog waste bags at stations
-Refill soaps, paper towels, and other supplies as needed
-Check and ensure pool gates are operational
-Inspect and report any maintenance issues to Property Management
Requirements:
-Experience in porter, janitorial, or maintenance work preferred
-Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Attention to detail and strong work ethic
-Reliable transportation
