Furniture Affair is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Lead to join our team! If you’re organized, hands-on, and ready to lead a hardworking crew, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Lead warehouse crews of 3–5 team members on local moves to pack up homes
Drive a 26' box truck safely and confidently
Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and organized
Assist with store operations, including setting up showroom displays
Lift and move heavy furniture (up to 100 lbs)
Stay active — this role is on your feet all day
Work weekends (but no evenings!)
