Clean-N-Brite Window Cleaning is looking for reliable workers to assist on residential window cleaning jobs.
Pay:
Paid per completed job
Average subcontractors earn $110–$180 per day
Exact amount depends on total jobs completed and agreed percentage
Same-day pay
1099 issued at the end of the year
Work Schedule:
Work is generally available Monday–Friday
Some weeks may have 2–3 days of work, others may have up to 5 days
Schedule varies based on job volume

Fast-paced work environment
Attention to detail is important (clean glass, edges, and screens)
Work throughout Mesa / Apache Junction / Gold Canyon and surrounding areas
You’ll ride with the crew or meet at job sites depending on the day
Must be comfortable on ladders and working outdoors
No experience required – we will train
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to meet at job sites
Must be dependable and willing to learn
Must be able to work outdoors in heat
