Now Hiring: Painting Crews (Residential Interior & Exterior)
1099 Independent Contractor | East Valley
We are looking to partner with reliable painting crews (2+ people) for ongoing residential painting projects throughout the East Valley. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates who are motivated, professional, and open to learning our system.
Service Area
Work is located east of Cave Creek to Florence, with the majority of projects in:
- Queen Creek
- San Tan Valley
- Mesa
- Gilbert
- Chandler
Requirements
- Crew of 2 or more painters
- At least one crew member must speak fluent English
- Must have own unbranded vehicle
Willing to use company magnets and wear company attire while on the project
- Must have own tools
- Must have a working smartphone with camera (photos required throughout the project)
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Experienced painters must be open to new ideas
We follow a 10-step system that must be used on every project
Materials Provided
We supply all materials that stay with the home, including:
- Paint
- Primer
- Stucco
- Drywall
- Caulking
Crew supplies their own:
- Tape
- Plastic
- Paper
- Tools & equipment
Pay
- Paid per job (not hourly)
- Pay is based on job size and package selected by the client
Example:
Average 2,000 sq ft home pays $1,800 – $2,600
- Pay is discussed and agreed upon before every job
Business Requirements
- 1099 position
- Must have an LLC and business insurance
