Job descriptionQualified candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. multiple times a day. As the Panel Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our labor crew. You will work closely with the superintendent to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities: Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards Train and mentor new laborers Communicate regularly with the superintendent to provide progress updates and address any issues Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle. Operate equipment as needed Requirements: Ability to read and use measurements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
