Part-Time HVAC Office Personnel/Marketing/Scheduler

Established HVAC company needs a hardworking, self-starting Sales Marketer/Scheduler/Office Personnel to help with the day to day functions and assist with generating leads for our residential service department.

Some HVAC or construction background and dispatching experience a plus.

Computer skills and Knowledge of the Valley is helpful also.

You must not be afraid to call our customers and schedule appointments. Inbound/Outbound calls. This job requires excessive phone and customer service skills. Duties include answering incoming calls, scheduling & confirming appointments, keeping service schedule up to date while communicating effectively with customers and team members, assisting with various

operations and office duties as necessary. Must have some sales marketing experience that can Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and generate new and potential customers for our residential service department. Researching, Identifying and developing marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and developing sales strategies to increase our cliental database. Improving product marketability and profitability by researching and capitalizing on market opportunities. Creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature to attract more cliental.
