Cleaning sidewalks & parking lots of litter, debris & trash. Change trash can liners and be able to lift trash bags into dumpsters.
Three properties in the south/east valley & one in the West valley.
Job Requirements:
° Driving to multiple locations
° Attention to detail
° Moderate manual labor
° Physical Endurance
° This job is all outdoors
° Early mornings required
° Punctuality
° Basic record keeping of duties performed
° Lift up 50 lbs
Personal requirements:
° Reliable personal Vehicle
° Working Smart phone
° Knowledge of use of apps such as Maps & Notes
° Valid drivers license
° Clean driving record
° Background check required
° Lift up to 50 lbs
° Good work ethic
° Must be 18 or older
° Starting pay $18/hr with after 3 month pay increase
