Part-Time Home Prep & Care Assistant
Flexible Schedule | 5 Busy Short-Term Rentals
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented helper to join our team in preparing and caring for several short-term rental homes. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours — great for someone who enjoys working both outdoors and indoors and takes pride in keeping homes guest-ready.
What You’ll Do
Prepare outside areas (patios, yards, pool areas, walkways) so homes look welcoming for arriving guests.
Perform light maintenance inside and outside the homes between guest stays (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups, etc.).
Assist with occasional property checks to make sure everything is in working order.
Be available some weekdays, weekends, and occasional on-call shifts.
What We’re Looking For
Someone dependable, flexible, and able to work independently.
Basic handy skills for light maintenance (nothing major — just small fixes and upkeep).
Attention to detail and pride in presenting clean, welcoming spaces.
Ability to lift and move items when needed.
Previous property, cleaning, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule & Pay
Part-time: Hours vary based on guest check-outs and turnovers.
Includes some weekdays, weekends, and occasional on-call opportunities.
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
