Window Screen Guys is a trusted, local company serving the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. We install and repair window and door screens, wash windows with commercial-grade equipment, and help homeowners keep their properties looking spotless.
We work at some of the nicest homes in the Valley — from Scottsdale, Gilbert, Paradise Valley to Cave Creek — and take pride in offering top-quality results with a friendly, professional touch.
Schedule
- Flexible part-time work: 18–24 hours per week (2–3 days in a row)
Choose from:
- Wednesday – Friday
- Thursday – Saturday
- Friday – Sunday
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$21/hr starting pay (based on experience)
- Paid weekly
- Commission opportunities for additional income
- Paid training
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites
What You’ll Do
- Rescreen and repair window and sliding door screens at residential homes
- Perform professional window washing using commercial-grade equipment
- Drive to scheduled homes throughout the Scottsdale/Phoenix area (vehicle provided or reimbursed)
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, respectful work presence
- Work independently or alongside another technician

What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual — shows up ready to work
- Can lift 40–50 lbs and work safely on ladders
- Basic tool skills (we’ll train you on the rest)
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with homeowners
- Prior experience in screens, windows, or general handyman work is a plus
