We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative to join our team! This position is responsible for providing in-stock parts, cost estimates, availability of out-of-stock parts, etc to technicians, advisors and sales.
Responsibilities:
Assist the retail sales store associates with the same kind of support as our customers.
Provide research on hard to find parts via all available means.
Interact daily with technicians, advisors, and sales.
Provide parts to technicians.
Research and provide parts information and availability as necessary.
Provide parts cost estimates for internal, retail requests.
Find and procure non-stock parts locally for specifics RO’s.
Search manufacturer’s web sites, online vendor catalogs, internet sources, etc. to locate and procure parts.
Answer internal and external phone inquiries.
Attend all company required meetings and training
Additional responsibilities as requested or required:
Provide internal and external customer service and communication.
Clean MVR at least 5 years.
Operate company vehicles.
