Your Purpose in this Role
We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.
As a Senior Plumbing Project Manager, your purpose is to lead, direct, train, and develop your team. You will be required to manage plumbing projects in the 1,000,000+ project range. You will need to be experienced, goal driven, and a good communicator.
Pay
$90,000 to $110,000 - Pay Rate Determined in Interview.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Create budgets for new construction and renovation projects.
Organize and plan tasks for the project team.
Request subcontractor estimates and provide support in contract and letter of intent (LOI) preparations.
Monitor and control the daily progress of construction projects, including regular communication, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders (COs).
Conduct site visits to oversee project advancement.
Support drafters in developing construction drawings.
Coordinate and manage the scheduling and workload of construction projects daily.
Other duties as assigned in relation to the estimating position.
Qualifications
7+ Years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing.
Successful completion of High School Diploma or GED.
Organized individual able to handle timelines and deadlines.
Experience in project management.
