Responsibilities:
- Prep, sand, prime, and finish cabinets to a professional standard
- Properly mask and protect surrounding surfaces
- Apply smooth, durable finishes using spray equipment and other methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule with consistent quality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cabinet painting or refinishing
- Strong knowledge of prep, spraying, and finishing techniques
- Reliability and professionalism on the job site
- Own transportation and basic tools (sprayer experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
