Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing remodeling projects through completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Mark Benz.
Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
Track project documentation such as contracts, change orders, permits, and inspection reports.
Assist with material procurement and delivery coordination.
Attend project meetings and assist in preparing updates.
Identify potential project issues and escalate them to the owner.
Support client communication and help ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure homeowner updates are sent out on a weekly basis.
Descriptively update Co-construct daily (schedule, and images).
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in construction or remodeling preferred (internships, field experience, or assistant roles accepted)
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Basic understanding of residential construction methods and terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction project management software (e.g., Co-Construct) is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
